Neuland GmbH & Co. KG wanted to one day outsource their rental business in order to devote more time to developing innovative ideas. So they were looking for a competent and reliable partner for this division who was experienced in the event rental business. We are pleased that we were chosen and that we have been the "official partner for rental products" since 2017.

The GraphicWall LW-X transport

While the advantage of the expertise of Neuland GmbH & Co. KG can be seen in the products, you can see - if so much "self-praise" is allowed for once - in rent4event's own designs of the transport cases for the Neuland rental products, you can see our many years of experience in the rental industry.

The compact flight case (L140 x W55 x H98 cm) is easy to transport, easy to store (e.g. also upright) and still offers space for the GraphicWall LW-X with an impressive work surface of 296 x 118.5 cm (per Board 74 x 118.5 cm - expandable if you rent several GraphicWalls. Each case GraphicWall LW-X contains four boards and two tripods).

All of our Neuland rental products are sent in rollable flight cases (or cardboard cases of 10, like the pin boards). For the greatest possible comfort with maximum efficiency and transport safety. More information

GraphicWall LW-X – The assembly

The four panels of the GraphicWall LW-X can be easily removed individually. Likewise the two feet/tripods. The LW-X can easily be assembled by just one person. For the most part, this is done completely without tools. The supplied Allen key (hexagon socket) is only required for a few screws.

Please don't forget your accessories

You rent the Neuland products, such as the GraphicWall LW-X - any consumables you may need, such as pens, markers, stickers, pins or paper, are purchase or consumable items.

With the GraphicWall LW-X, the paper roll makes sense, especially in the Comfort version. If you rent the GraphicWall LW-X Comfort, it has an additional winding and unrolling mechanism so that you can "scroll" paper endlessly (actually up to 25 m).
