Konftel's "telephone spider" is usually powered by a battery, which doesn't break down even during telephone conferences lasting several hours. If desired, the Konftel 300W can even be operated completely wirelessly. Likewise, both Speaker and Microphone can optionally be operated externally, for example via clip microphones or the local sound system.
So you get maximum freedom with the Konftel 300W telephone conference. While battery operation is mandatory, we ask that you contact us in good time if you require complete freedom from cables.
Telephone conference via DECT, USB or cell phone
Usually a telephone is connected in the classic way directly to the DECT socket, including the Konftel 300W. If you want to do without annoying cables, this is also possible wirelessly by connecting a transmitter/receiver to the DECT socket.
But that's not enough. With the telephone conference from Konftel, it is also easy to make VoIP calls via a mini USB connection to a PC, laptop or Mac. Of course, appropriate software is required for this, such as Skype® or Microsoft Lync. In this case, the conference phone acts as Microphone and Speaker.
It is also possible to use a cell phone. Simply connect your cell phone and nothing stands in the way of a top-quality telephone conference via the cell phone network.
